2025 Annual Meeting
The 4-Bar Ranch Annual Meeting was held on February 4, 2025. There were about 25 total Members present. It lasted about an hour. Everyone agreed we should have quarterly meetings at the Collinsville library. More information will be in the March newsletter.
2025 Annual Assessments The 2025 annual assessments will be mailed out by 01/31/25. The dues remained at $250.00 per lot. They are due by May 31, 2025. If you wish to pay with a credit card or ACH check, click
